Census Data - It's a Scandal

In 2011, the Canadian National Census was changed so that a part of it became voluntary, where it used to be mandatory.  That decision got a lot of Canadians up in arms, as it would compromise data that was useful to all Canadians.   Here is  a snapshot of an Ontario census from 1861 that has my 3rd great Grandfather's  information recorded.  Take note of the headings.   Now there's a scandal.  Which category would you fall under:  Deaf, Dumb, Blind, Lunatic or Idiot?
